Neonatology Services

The service is staffed by seven trained registered nurses who provide 24-hour daily care to newborns.

The Neonatology Department receives neonates aged from 0 to 28 days. It provides care to all hospitalized neonates admitted from different health centers and the maternity ward. The unit also provides various healthcare services, including Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) for low birth weight newborns.

Pediatric Services

Pediatric services provide care for patients aged from 28 days up to 14 years. The department provides preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment for various illnesses through a comprehensive approach.

The service is staffed by four registered nurses with experience in the management of different pediatric diseases. It also provides adolescent and child health-related services.

A physician conducts daily follow-up and management of hospitalized pediatric patients.
