This service provides counseling and family planning methods to clients seeking family planning options. It operates every day, seven days a week (7/7).

During working days, the service is provided by a permanent qualified nurse who is trained in family planning. During nights, weekends, and public holidays, the midwife on duty is responsible for providing family planning counseling and offering the selected method to every eligible client.
