The Maternity Department provides comprehensive care to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period, while also ensuring the health and wellbeing of newborn babies. We provide the following services:

1. Antenatal Care (ANC)

• Monitoring the health of pregnant women and their babies
• Conducting routine check-ups and screenings
• Identifying and managing pregnancy-related risks or complications
• Providing health education on nutrition, birth preparedness, and maternal wellbeing

2. Labor and Delivery Services

• Supporting and monitoring women during labor
• Conducting safe vaginal deliveries and assisting with childbirth
• Performing emergency obstetric interventions when needed

3. Postnatal Care (PNC)

• Monitoring mothers after delivery
• Supporting recovery and preventing complications
• Providing guidance on breastfeeding, newborn care, and family planning

4. Newborn Care

• Immediate assessment and care of newborn babies after birth
• Monitoring feeding, growth, and early health needs
• Referring newborns for specialized care when necessary

5. Emergency Obstetric Care

• Managing complications such as bleeding, pre-eclampsia, obstructed labor, and other maternal emergencies

6. Health Education and Counseling
